Offered twice a year, Access Base provides deeply discounted rates to artists looking to self-produce their work or create a residency experience at Base. Available for one-day, three-day and weeklong production rentals, these dates are available on a first-come, first-served basis through a simple online inquiry form.
Access Base rates are $350 for a one-day rental, $900 for a three-day run and $1,500 for a weeklong production run, including access to Base’s light and sound systems. These rates represent a discount of approximately 30% from Base Independent rates.
Access Base inquires are open for Fall 2025 rentals! Inquiries will be accept through August 15, 2025.
