Audition information
Two curators select works by audition. The slate of curators rotate so that each production of 12 Minutes Max is curated by a different pair of community members, often recent 12 Minutes Max alumni. We look for work from a variety of art disciplines. Tips for your audition:
- Bring a device that can be connected to an auxiliary cord if you need sound.
- If bringing equipment that requires power, please provide your own extension cord.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your audition appointment.
- Audition appointments are scheduled in 20 minutes slots and must include set up, performance and strike, as well as any questions curators may have about your piece.
- Video auditions will be accepted––please see the application for more information.
- Audition notification will be sent via email within three days of the audition.
